2nd Amino Acid Academy in Paris

The 2nd Amino Acid Academy, organized by EAAP and METEX NØØVISTAGO, took place last 21st and 22nd October in Paris, France. The workshop was hosted in the amazing location of the Grand Amphitheatre of the National Museum of Natural History.
For this important event, the organizers, METEX NØØVISTAGO and EAAP, invited ten top speakers dealing with “Tackling environmental challenges of livestock with protein and amino acid nutrition”, “The role of amino acids in animal health challenges”, and finally “Towards low protein diets, the need for a holistic nutritional approach”.
The success of the event was evident to almost 150 participants on site and around 130 online who could also attend remotely with full possibility to interact with all speakers. The Academy workshops are a series of scientific meetings that EAAP organizes since few years with one partner at a time from the private sector. The partnership with METEX NØØVISTAGO has always been, as in the last Academy workshop, highly successful.
