EAAP Secretary General Visits Hungary to Strengthen Collaboration in Animal Science

The EAAP Secretary General, Andrea Rosati, recently visited Mosonmagyaróvár (Hungary) on the occasion of the Hungarian national conference on animal science, held at Széchenyi István University in Mosonmagyaróvár. During the event, Rosati gave a lecture specifically dedicated to the application of artificial intelligence in animal science.
The visit was also an opportunity to meet numerous Hungarian colleagues – among others Tamás Tóth, Balázs Huth, István Komlósi, Bela Urbanyi and Zsombor Wagenhoffer – and, in a friendly atmosphere, to celebrate Hungary’s important return, which took place last year, to the large EAAP family. During the meetings, discussions focused on how best to integrate the Hungarian animal science network within the European community and on opportunities for collaboration in research projects.
Particular attention was devoted to the services that EAAP offers its members: the annual congress, thematic workshops, webinars, scientific journals and platforms for sharing results and career opportunities, from which Hungarian researchers will now be able to benefit fully.
