Consumers’ evaluation of the BPRACTICES innovative traceability system

The BPRACTICES project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, focuses on developing Good Beekeeping Practices (GBPs) through new clinical methods, respecting the bees, for a new sustainable production system.

As part of the WP7 “New traceability system” led by the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVe), the BPRACTICES team has developed a very innovative tool to evaluate the honey traceability system, which is based on QRCode/RFID technology and its web application.
