Former EAAP Vice-President received high award

Odd Vangen, former EAAP Council member, Vice President and Chair of the Scientific Committee received a prestigious award from the King of Norway. He was appointed to the Order of St. Olav with this official declaration:

His Majesty the King has appointed Professor, Dr. agric Odd Vangen, Ås, Officer of The Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav.

Odd receives the award for his efforts for animal welfare and sustainable agriculture. The decoration will be handed over at an event in the Festival Hall in the Clock Building at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, NMBU, in Ås on Monday 29 November 2021 at 10.00.
