EAAP has launched the “EAAP International PhD students’ partnership” initiative to encourage European PhD students to partner with students from emerging scientific communities. The goal is to provide opportunities for cooperation and collaboration across continents and to foster a global scientific community. The partnership will involve two PhD students, one from the EAAP and one from an emerging scientific community, along with their supervisors. They will determine the most suitable form of partnership based on their respective situations and resource availability. Both students will prepare and submit a report explaining the reasons for the partnership and the activities they carried out. The benefits of the partnership include free registration for up to five partnerships of young scientists to attend the EAAP Annual Meetings, young EAAP membership with access to all information, webinars and scientific abstracts, the opportunity to apply for EAAP scholarships, and the chance to contribute to the global cooperation on animal science. For more information and to apply for the program, please visit the specific EAAP webpage.
