Outstanding number of submitted Abstracts for Porto 2022

The number of submitted abstracts is very high, at the same level of the pre-COVID time, we received around 1300 submitted abstracts! This result is surprising because in the last two years we were suffering for the COVID pandemic and scientists could not participate to scientific meetings and, sometimes, they were also impeded to carry on their researches to present in animal science meetings. For this year very large scientific participation we must thank the EAAP Scientific Committee that has prepared a very interesting scientific program, the local Portuguese organizers and, above all, the large number of animal scientists who decided to present their researches at
the 2022 EAAP animal science meeting. Information about acceptance or rejection of submitted abstracts will arrive in few weeks and the final scientific program for the Porto Annual Meeting will be ready shortly after.
